About Dr. Medha Kapoor
Chief Nutrition Consultant at Varsity Skin and Wellness Clinic, Delhi. She is also a Wellness
Consultant at different Fitness Academies and a former Adjunct Faculty at the Indian School
of Hospitality. She was awarded the Young Scientist Award by the Government of India at the
102nd Indian Science Congress for her groundbreaking research on heat stress physiology.
Dr. Kapoor has received her education and training from some of the most prestigious
institutions in India, including the University School of Biotechnology, IIT Delhi, and the
Ministry of Defence (DRDO). Her strong academic foundation supports her evidence-based
clinical approach. Through her clinical practice, she has transformed thousands of lives, helping individuals
overcome lifestyle diseases such as obesity, PCOD, thyroid dysfunction, diabetes,
hypertension, and dyslipidemia empowering them through sustainable, science-backed
lifestyle changes.
She offers personalized one-on-one consultation sessions, focusing on holistic lifestyle
modifications that encompass diet, exercise, sleep, and stress management—helping clients
achieve lasting results tailored to their unique needs. Dr. Kapoor is a published researcher in globally recognized journals such as Neuroscience,
Journal of Basic and Clinical Physiology and Pharmacology (JBCPP), and Springer’s
Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (India). She is the author of “Gut Bacteria:
The Secret to Health” (Nova Publishers, New York) and has presented her work at
prestigious international conferences including IUPS-13 in Birmingham, UK.
She also conducts corporate wellness programs, having worked with leading organizations
like Coca-Cola, Samsung, and others, and frequently engages with schools, colleges, and
educational institutions to promote preventive health and wellness.

About Dr. Pranjal Joshi
Dr. Pranjal Joshi is an internationally trained, highly acclaimed Cosmetic Dermatologist and Hair Transplant Surgeon, with over 11 years of clinical experience and a legacy of treating more than 50,000 patients. He is recognized as one of India’s most trusted and sought-after dermatology experts, known for his precision, compassionate care, and commitment to excellence.
Dr. Joshi specializes in advanced hair transplants, hair fall treatments, anti-ageing solutions, laser treatments for pigmentation, scar management, and collagen remodeling. His approach combines medical expertise with aesthetic finesse, delivering natural and lasting results tailored to individual needs.
A graduate of the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC), New Delhi, Dr. Joshi completed his MD in Dermatology from Indira Gandhi Government Medical College, Himachal Pradesh. He received international training from world-renowned institutes including the Istituto San Gallicano in Rome, National Skin Centre in Singapore, and courses in Graz, Austria. His global education is complemented by fellowships and observerships from the Indian Association of Dermatology, Association of Cutaneous Surgeons of India, and the European Academy of Dermatology & Venereology (EADV).
Dr. Joshi’s commitment to academic excellence is reflected in his multiple international presentations and publications. His research has been featured at leading dermatology conferences across Europe and India, including EADV congresses in Vienna and Geneva, and national platforms like Dermacon and Cuticon.
He has been honored with prestigious scholarships, fellowships and awards, such as the IADVL National Scholarship, EADV Travel Grant, and recognition for academic excellence at dermatology summits and conferences. Dr. Joshi also held the position of Head of Dermatology at Medeor Hospital, Qutab, Delhi, and currently serves as the Chief Dermatologist & Hair Transplant Surgeon at Varsity Skin & Wellness Clinic, Delhi.
