About Dr. Medha Kapoor

Chief Nutrition Consultant at Varsity Skin and Wellness Clinic, Delhi. She is also a Wellness Consultant at different Fitness Academies and a former Adjunct Faculty at the Indian School of Hospitality. She was awarded the Young Scientist Award by the Government of India at the 102nd Indian Science Congress for her groundbreaking research on heat stress physiology. Dr. Kapoor has received her education and training from some of the most prestigious institutions in India, including the University School of Biotechnology, IIT Delhi, and the Ministry of Defence (DRDO). Her strong academic foundation supports her evidence-based clinical approach. Through her clinical practice, she has transformed thousands of lives, helping individuals overcome lifestyle diseases such as obesity, PCOD, thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia empowering them through sustainable, science-backed lifestyle changes.

The Secret to Health” (Nova Publishers, New York) and has presented her work at prestigious international conferences including IUPS-13 in Birmingham, UK.
